Pulled Pork Burritos

Ingredients

Serves 4 to 6

1 pork loin roast, about 3 to 4 pounds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 medium cloves garlic,minced
1/2 cup water
4 to 6 flour tortillas
shredded Monterey Jack cheese, optional .
Topping Suggestions: chopped seeded tomato, diced onion, shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole

Method

1.    Place pork in a roasting tin.

2.    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, then add minced garlic and water.

3.    Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 11 hours, or until pork roast is very tender.

4.    Lift pork out, shred and serve with warmed tortillas,with dishes of shredded cheese and your choice of topping ingredients at the table.
