Summer Smoothie

Ingredients
Half a banana
A handful of chopped strawberries
A handful of raspberries
Freshly squeezed apple juice
Method
1. Remove the tops from the strawberries and chop in half.2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on full power for 30 seconds.
3. Chill, before decanting into a flask, to keep the smoothie cool wherever you picnic.
